Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 working days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped. After product has been shipped, you will receive your items in 3-10 working days. 

There may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are within our control. 

Domestic Shipping Rates

We offer shipping flat rate at RM80 to West Malaysia . However, free shipping may apply for some product during promotion. Price may varies from time to time.

International Shipping

As a new startup business, apologies we do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Status Checking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 3 working days for the tracking information to become available.
